Why do I only see one project? Trial users start with a single project — subscribe + sign in to unlock a projects pane.

My page didn’t update. Do a hard refresh (Ctrl+F5). If you installed the app, refresh once to pull the latest cache.

What to include in a support request

1) Your email, 2) what you tried, 3) the project name, and 4) a screenshot if possible.

Response times

We aim to respond quickly during business hours. Enterprise plans can request priority handling.
